Acquisition Process

The acquisition process consists of three phases:

First phase: Selection
PROPERTY CAPITAL invests totally for itself in real estate that meets its screening criteria.

Second phase: Structuring
We then decide whether we will keep the properties completely in our own portfolio, or we will consider participation by institutional and/or private investors through a closed-end fund. We will also determine whether the properties will be given their own fund or combined with others in a joint fund.

Third phase: Management
Finally we decide whether the constructional and technical management of the properties remains in-house or is contracted out. The administrative and commercial management will theoretically continue to be carried out by our advisors.
